NEW PATIENTS: Please book Physiotherapy Initial Assessment and Treatment (60 minutes).

RETURNING PATIENTS IF REASSESSMENT REQUIRED: Please book Physiotherapy Assessment/Reassessment and Treatment (45 minutes).

RETURNING PATIENTS FOR FOLLOW-UP VISITS: Please book Physiotherapy Treatment (30, 45, or 60 minutes) based on your individual needs.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. A fee of $60 will be applied for late cancellations or missed appointments. Thank you for your understanding.

PAYMENT: Payment may be made via Debit, E-transfer to reconnectphysio@gmail.com, or Cash. Receipts will be issued by email for your records and for submission to your extended health benefits provider.

DRESS CODE: Please dress comfortably and ensure that your area(s) of concern can be easily accessed for assessment and treatment.
